Haiku Critic — Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing or using the Haiku Critic website or mobile app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. License & Use Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Haiku Critic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service on your device for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, distribute, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

2. User Content & Conduct

• You are solely responsible for any content you submit (e.g. poems, reviews). By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to submit any content you provide, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or refuse to display any content at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and materials on the Service (excluding your user-provided content) are owned or licensed by Haiku Critic. You agree not to copy, reproduce, alter, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

Any provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, liability disclaimers) will remain in effect.
